Joelle Howe

Joelle Howe's first love was the weather, and decided at the age of nine, to become a meteorologist. Years later, she realized that dream by attaining her degree in atmospheric science, becoming a radio weather broadcaster, and worked for nearly 10 years as a weather forecaster for private industries, before moving to the public sector. Joelle Howe now works on Mandatory Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reporting for the State of California Air Resources Board.
